1 Before you log on to Milplanner Online, verify that the IE browser residing on the PC is configured to prevent cached copies of previously composed web pages from appearing. To do this, select Internet Options (from the "Tools" drop down menu), select Settings under Temporary Internet files and then make sure that under
"Check for newer versions of stored pages": the following option is turned on:
"> Every visit to the page".
If it is, click OK. If it is not, select it and then click OK to apply the change.

Check "Every visit to the page". Then click OK to apply.
Afterwards, if possible, request that the owner of the PC (e.g. FBO manager) make sure that this setting is not changed.
2 As an extra precaution, upon logging out of Milplanner Online, you should always delete all temporary internet files and all offline content.
This will prevent future Milplanner Online users logging in via this PC from being able to view web pages created for you.
To do this, as above, select Internet Options (from the "Tools" drop down menu),
then select Delete Files under Temporary Internet files, select Delete all offline content and then click OK.

Check "Delete all offline content" and click "OK"
